We accept 30-day returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, we accept 30-day returns or exchanges, and the return will be completely free: No shipping fees and no restocking fees. Your original form of payment will be refunded in full. Some exceptions apply.

In order for a full refund to be granted, Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (including product and packaging), and in order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return anything to us that is not part of the contents of the item.

Exceptions: We only provide labels for defective or wrong items. If you are returning an item because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you must ship the item(s) back at your expense. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened. When we received your returned package, we will make refund to you, but not including the shipping fee.

For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
1. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
2. Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Notes
All customers should contact Customer Service for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(s). We will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Below are some further suggestions and important reminders:
1. Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request.
2. After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
3. Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. All the intermediary handling fees and bank processing fees will be at the customer's expense.
4. You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request.
5. If you want to avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
6. We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
7. If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.
8. You are also liable for any import duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.
